has an excellent aspect where you can watch the sun rise from the sea from the
balcony. The accommodation offers magnificent vistas of Port Phillip Bay and is
within minutes from the beach. This superbly comfortable and beautifully
decorated family home is immediately welcoming. There is also plenty of room to park your boat and we are very close to the boat ramp. The house has only
recently been renovated and has just come on the market for the first

Getaway
The rural feel of the quiet fishing town St Leonards is close to
many vineyards. An important Marine park is within a short stroll away at Edward Point
State Faunal Reserve, revealing native bushland, marshes, lagoons and some
spectacular unique birds, some of whom are listed as threatened species. The
park has a number of timbered board walks through wetland areas with spectacular
flora and fauna. Look out for wildlife, but keep your dog on a leash. Well worth

Seaview is a quiet place where the St Leonards Yacht club also resides. This
delightfully clear water bay, fringed by trees and a State Park, attracts
yachties, boaties, fisherman and families. You can see all this from our
